What support comes with a paid plan?
Personal 1:1 sessions with an expert trainer (PRO: 1 on monthly, 2 on yearly; PRO+: 1 on monthly, 4 on yearly), a live weekend webinar for subscribers, and phone support. Telephonic support is available 9 AM to 6 PM, all days except public holidays. Yearly plans also get a relationship manager.
Does placing orders cost extra?
Placing orders through your own broker, multi-leg orders and the trading API are free. Hot Keys, Alert Trigger Order, Bracket Order, Target Order, Stop-Loss Order, Trailing Stop-Loss Order, TradingView Alert Execution cost ₹20 per executed order, or are unlimited with the Broker API plan (₹2,999 a month, or ₹1,499 a month billed yearly). These paid features are free (no ₹20 per-order charge) for new accounts opened through Quantsapp with its partner brokers, Choice and 5paisa.
Do I need a static IP to trade?
As per current SEBI regulations, all order execution must originate from a static IP on the client's side — this is mandatory, not optional. Clients who don't already have their own static IP need one from Quantsapp for execution to work. Quantsapp offers a shared static IP at ₹250 a month and a dedicated one at ₹750 a month. Viewing orders and positions does not need one.
